Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 9, 2024, an article was published by the Springfield Business Journal containing a statement that Vital Farms, Inc. (the “Company”) “had… beyond $465 million in net revenue” in fiscal 2023. While the Company provided guidance in November 2023 anticipating net revenue of at least $465 million for fiscal 2023, the final net revenue amount for fiscal 2023 has not been released or verified.
